Investigating the relationship between environmental awareness and the level of education and occupation of people

Abstract:
The environment is one of the sensitive and vulnerable dimensions, and a responsible view of the
environment and special attention to environmental issues are among the hallmarks of many societies. In this study,
the level of environmental awareness of the citizens of the 13th district of Tehran was investigated.In this practical
study, 400 male and female citizens aged 15 and over Residents in the 13th district of Tehran were selected. The
results showed that, statistically, there is a positive and significant relationship between environmental awareness
and the level of education and occupation of people.
